What are your
Home Must Haves

Everyone has a list of “wants” in their mind when looking for a home. These are often different per person, and can even vary per couple. The QBee Team recommends listing your top 5 wants, we call these your Home Must Haves and focusing on these, instead of a much longer wish list. This helps during the home search to makes sure that you find what is most important to you and your family.

The house must haves are important

It is important to list out your top 5 “home must haves” before you start your house search as this will help keep you, and your Real Estate Consultant, on track but also helps narrow down the homes and maybe the areas that you want to see. There are ways to indirectly do this; however, those methods are time consuming and can be exhausting. Even though you might enjoy looking at home after home, it can be discouraging when you don’t see what you want, in a price range within your budget.

Does this mean that you will always find a home that meets all 5 items on your must have list? Unfortunately, probably not, but it does make sure that everyone is on the same page, including your spouse or other family members.
